Your ticket grants access to all festival activities including the Cultural Village, Tourism Expo, live music performances, food festival, and networking events for the duration of your pass.

We offer three payment options: Mobile Money (MTN/Airtel Uganda) — you will receive a USSD prompt on your phone; Pesapal — pay with Visa, Mastercard, or mobile money via a secure payment page; and M-Pesa (Safaricom Kenya) — you will receive an STK push prompt on your phone. You will receive an email confirmation once payment is successful.

Tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred to another person. Please contact us at info@routesandrootsfestival.com for transfer requests.

VIP tickets include premium seating at all concerts, access to the exclusive VIP lounge, complimentary drinks and snacks, meet & greet with performing artists, and a festival merchandise pack.
