Routes & Roots Festival 2026 Welcomes ROKE TELKOM Uganda as Official Festival Partner
Fort Portal City, Uganda | 22 September 2026
The Routes & Roots Festival 2026 is proud to officially welcome ROKE TELKOM Uganda as a Festival Partner for this year’s edition, taking place from 29–31 October 2026 at Lake Saaka Recreation Centre, Fort Portal Tourism City.
Under the theme “Different Routes. Shared Roots.”, Routes & Roots Festival brings together culture, music, tourism, food, art, wellness and adventure in a three-day celebration of East Africa’s diverse heritage and shared identity.
Strengthening the Digital Festival Experience
The partnership with ROKE TELKOM Uganda adds an important digital dimension to the festival experience. As the festival continues to grow into a leading cultural and tourism platform, reliable connectivity and digital access are essential to connecting audiences, partners, creators, exhibitors and communities.
Through this partnership, Routes & Roots Festival looks forward to creating a more connected festival environment while supporting the growing role of technology in modern tourism, cultural exchange and live experiences.
More Than a Festival
Routes & Roots Festival is designed as a destination experience — bringing people together to discover the stories, traditions, creativity and communities that shape East Africa.
From the Cultural Village and local culinary experiences to the Coffee Park, artisan and craft experiences, music, wellness and lakeside experiences, the festival offers visitors opportunities to experience culture beyond the stage.
The partnership with ROKE TELKOM Uganda further supports this vision by helping create a festival environment where culture, tourism and technology come together.
Looking Ahead to Fort Portal
As preparations continue for the 2026 edition, the Routes & Roots Festival team is excited to work alongside ROKE TELKOM Uganda and all our partners in delivering a memorable experience for visitors from Uganda, across East Africa and beyond.
We warmly welcome ROKE TELKOM Uganda to the Routes & Roots family and look forward to building a meaningful partnership around connectivity, innovation, tourism and shared experiences.
